STUDENT GUIDE

ALL THE STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Students if they have arrived early and have to wait for their classes, then they may wait in waiting area. They are not allowed to enter int the lab, in theory or in the office.
All doubts to be clarified from an instructor should be done only during regular theory classes and not outside the classroom.
Change of address should be immediately notified at the office.
If student comes late, he/she has to wait for same amount of time in waiting area. After that he/she can enter in lab.
Don't exchange mobile number with students and also don't ask mobile number of your trainer. For any matter call on xpert's official numbers only.

Leave of absence is not granted except with prior written application stating cause of the absence. It is advised that the students should not take very long leaves as it causes delay in their course schedule. However the break should not be more than 10 days. If student takes break more than mentioned in leave form he has to pay penalty otherwise he/she will not be allowed to attend the class.
Absence without leave renders the student liable to pay penalty.
Only two study leaves are allowed in a month, with leave form.
Student’s registration may be cancelled in case of repeated absence without leave application for more than six consecutive days.
There is no time limit for Regular student, till his course complete he/she can come.

The course fees for short duration courses are payable in advance at the time of taking admission for that particular course.
For the students who are doing long term courses and have opted for payment of fees on installments basis the installments are payable latest by the 10th of each month. In case of default, the student will not be allowed to attend classes. Student will have to pay extra Rs. 10.00 per day as late fees. If fees fall in arrears for more than a month, the student’s registration may be cancelled. Re-admission if granted will be done on payment of Re-admission fee of Re. 200/-.
Fees once paid will not be returned or transferred. We always recommend students to pay fees on installment basis.

Certificates are awarded only to those candidates who have passed the examination.
Evaluation / Grading is done on the basis of performance in the class and online examination of the subject covered. The faculty’s assessment will be final in this regard.
Student should collect their Certificate / Diploma from the office within 1 months of whenever they informed to collect certificate.

Every student is expected to maintain silence in the lab.
If the student is not books at the particular time for the lab. He/she not be allowed to enter the lab.
The lab instructor’s decision is final in the lab and the student is bound to obey his instructions.
A student can not bring any other students with him to the lab far sharing a computer until and unless he has taken permission from the lab instructor.
The students are expected to log out and leave the lab 5 min. before their lab hour is over, to facilitate the next batch.

THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE TO MAINTAIN DISCIPLINE, WHICH IS THE FIRST STEP TO SUCCESS.
